MARKETING MANAGER

 

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for the Group. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for fashion and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

 

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Set measurable marketing goals and objectives and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and manage marketing budgets effectively.

 

Digital Marketing:

 

  • Manage and optimise social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company website and online presence, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimised for search engines.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Implement and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search visibility.

 

Public Relations & Brand Building:

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets (fashion publications, bloggers, influencers).
  • Plan and execute public relations events (e.g., fashion shows, press previews, influencer events).
  • Manage brand partnerships and collaborations with other brands and influencers.
  • Develop and maintain a positive brand image and reputation.
  • Handle crisis communication effectively.

 

Sales & Business Development:

 

  • Support sales efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and explore potential partnerships.
  • Conduct market analysis and trend forecasting to identify new opportunities.

 

Team Management

 

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Marketing Manager.

 

  • Minimum three years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong presentation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to track, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Experience in managing and optimising marketing budgets.

 

Desirable Skills:

E-COMM EXEC/ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee the delivery of the retail trade plan to contribute to the demand targets for the website/app and product categories.
  • Briefing and signing off creative to deliver the retail trade plan for the website home page and other promotional pages and campaigns.
  • Proactively trading the website in-season by proposing and implementing reactive activity when required.
  • Analysis of the online demand, conversion activity, metrics, and customer online behaviour, including completion of all required weekly and ad-hoc reports.
  • Supporting the Ecommerce Manager and working cross-functionally with the Digital, Optimisation and CRM teams to ensure that objectives are being met and conversion opportunities are being optimised.
  • Implementation of the category product plans and activity, working closely with the Buying & Merchandising teams.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience in marketing, ideally gained in a fast-paced e-commerce trading role.
  • Ability to interpret data and site metrics
  • Good campaign and project management skills as the role will be fast-paced and dynamic
  • A flexible approach and exceptional time management skills are essential
  • You will need to be comfortable managing a varied workload whilst maintaining accuracy
