E-COMM EXEC/ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of the retail trade plan to contribute to the demand targets for the website/app and product categories.
- Briefing and signing off creative to deliver the retail trade plan for the website home page and other promotional pages and campaigns.
- Proactively trading the website in-season by proposing and implementing reactive activity when required.
- Analysis of the online demand, conversion activity, metrics, and customer online behaviour, including completion of all required weekly and ad-hoc reports.
- Supporting the Ecommerce Manager and working cross-functionally with the Digital, Optimisation and CRM teams to ensure that objectives are being met and conversion opportunities are being optimised.
- Implementation of the category product plans and activity, working closely with the Buying & Merchandising teams.
- Oversee ad-hoc requests to ensure service messages are up to date on-site
- Monitor competitor and market activity and report back to key stakeholders.
- Supporting the delivery of brand campaigns onsite.
- Work closely with the wider marketing & product stakeholders to deliver engaging content in line with the strategy, brand DNA and USPs.
- Recommend and support any e-commerce projects to improve the online customer experience.
What you’ll need to succeed as an E-commerce Executive:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience in marketing, ideally gained in a fast-paced e-commerce trading role.
- Ability to interpret data and site metrics
- Good campaign and project management skills as the role will be fast-paced and dynamic
- A flexible approach and exceptional time management skills are essential
- You will need to be comfortable managing a varied workload whilst maintaining accuracy
