Job Overview:
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our sales team. You will work closely with our senior account managers to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion and a drive to learn the ins and outs of the fashion supply industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a portfolio of existing clients, maintaining regular contact to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support senior account managers in developing and nurturing client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and merchandise, to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and troubleshooting any client issues that may arise.
- Prepare and present product information, samples, and sales reports to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for client accounts.
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and product meetings to enhance customer engagement.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and other client-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and order status in the company’s internal system.
- Proactively identify ways to improve account management processes and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in account management, sales support, or buying, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong interest in fashion and a keen eye for trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
